Based next to Paris in France, VDM is a digital laboratory founded in 1972, and a subsidiary of Groupe Transatlantic since June 2010. For over 40 years, VDM has been supporting producers, broadcasters, publishers and distributors by providing a complete range of services. We process content in all digital and physical formats, and offer high quality services in duplication, standard conversions, DVD and Blu-ray premastering, 4K/2K/HD/SD digital restoration, storage and delivery. VDM also offers multi-lingual services such as subtitling, closed-captioning, voice-over and audio description. Our DataLab department was created specifically to deliver innovative value-add services and provides a full digital supply chain: encoding, transcoding and delivery of all types of electronic files, as well as formatting and conversion of files for on line consultation or publication of audiovisual content on all local and over-the-top platforms. Our digital team has been awarded certifications by the main international VOD and sVOD platforms, guarantying the highest quality of services. We also provide secure storage and media asset management solutions, as well as project follow up. VDM has passed the certification requirements of the CDSA (Content Delivery and Security Program) for Content Protection and Security Program.
